Great app, but wont work on ipad!

A great app with great variety for ages 1-8, but second time my daughter tried to play on my ipad it gets stuck on green screen. Very frustrating after I consider my $35 membership fee for a non- working app! Please fix bugs and I will be a much happier customer.
